"Hello there!  I'm Jennifer Osborn and I serve as Office Manager and Loan Officer of the Catlettsburg office of KFB. I am a graduate of Marshall University, where I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting in 2000.

With more than 25 years of banking experience, I have built a well-rounded career through positions at several financial institutions before joining KFB. My extensive background includes serving as a teller, personal banker, and controller, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of both customer service and bank operations. Today, I combine that experience with a commitment to helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals while leading my branch with professionalism and integrity.

I am passionate about KFB's mission of personalized community banking. I believe that exceptional customer care and genuine relationships are the foundation of lasting success, and I encourage my team to deliver the attentive, hometown service for which KFB is known.

I have been married for more than 30 years to Scott Osborn, Principal of Holy Family Catholic School in Ashland. Together we are the proud parents of three grown daughters and the delighted grandparents of two beautiful granddaughters. Andrew Hayes, Louisa Office Manager and Loan Officer, has been a part of KFB since 2022.

Hello, my name is Andrew Hayes, and I began working for KFB in 2022. I started as a Teller, advanced to Personal Banker, and now serve as the Loan Officer and Office Manager at our Louisa location.

I am a proud graduate of Lawrence County High School and Morehead State University, where I earned a degree in Business Administration. I strive to be a trusted resource for individuals and families as they work toward achieving their financial goals and dreams. Building strong, personal relationships with my customers is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.
